Photography by Yaz shall only deal with the individual identified on contact sheet.
After booking a session you are granted access to client portal (within 48hrs). Client portal will go over all the information necessary to prepare for your session. Client is responsible to review and understand the information.
You understand that Photography by Yaz is not in control of poor weather, unsuitable lighting, atmospheric conditions, non-cooperation of third parties etc.

Cancellation/ rescheduling/ running late

Deposits are non-refundable no exceptions are made.
$75 rescheduling fee. If rescheduling is within 5 days of your session the deposit is lost.
The Photo shoot shall run from the Start Time and end on the End Time specified upon package purchased.
$50 late fee is applied after running 15 minutes late, or session is liable to be canceled.
Should adverse weather affect the Photo shoot, we will discuss options (reschedule date, location, or time) the week of your session.

You agree to pay the Balance Fee on the date of photo session.
We reserves the right refuse to provide services until all payments are made.
All pricing in found on our website (additional editing, gowns, family members, backdrops etc) Client assumes responsibility for all services fees used.

It is understood that the intellectual property rights of the Photographs vest in Photography by Yaz, whose authorship must be acknowledged when using Photographs. If you upload the Photographs on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.), you agree to tag and credit the Company.
Client has unlimited personal printing rights to the photographs

Processing and Final Delivery

Processing and editing work may take up to 14 business days depending on the size and scope of work to be done.
You will have 7 days from the date of Final Delivery to inform Yaz Photography of any problems with the Photographs. After the 7 days’ period, you assume satisfaction of the Final Delivery.
Photography by Yaz hold onto the images for 30 days. After 30 days images are discarded.
Images will be edited to our style and discretion.
